For optimal results, use the oil 4-5 times weekly, adjusting frequency as necessary. To conduct a hot oil treatment, warm the oil and apply it directly to the scalp and hair. Allow it to remain for 30 minutes before rinsing with shampoo. This treatment can be repeated daily or just before regular washing. Remember, this product is for external use only.
